A letter on agency letterhead is required.
Body of letter must contain:
-Specific product requested - model(s)
-Purpose of testing e.q. replacing duty weapons, adding sniper to response team, etc.
-Number of units to be purchased
-Size of department / division
-Point of contact
-Letter must be signed by: Chief, Sheriff, or Commanding Officer.
-Test and Evaluation period is for 60 days.
-Return shipping is the responsibility of the testing agency.
Product must be returned with a completed evaluation form (to be provided)
